Birthday Party Packages

Prices are listed per person. Birthday Parties must have a minimum of 15 people.

Zoo-It-Yourself ($19 member / $23 non-member)

*Adults and children 2 and older*

This party package offers the flexibility and convenience of picking up your party package at any time to lead your family on your own Zoo adventure!

INCLUDES:

• Admission and Unlimited Rides for ALL of your guests.
• Rides include Train and Carousel (weather dependent).
• A special gift for the birthday boy or girl (see below for gift options and upgrades).

PRICING AND DETAILS:

• Prices are listed per person.
• Birthday Parties must have a minimum of 15 people ages 2 and older.
• Parties must be booked at least 14 days before the requested date.
• Parties are available at any time during regular Zoo hours.
• Parties are not considered booked until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid and a signed contract is returned.
• The final guest count & final payment is due five (7) business days prior to the Party date. Any additional admission and rides needed after five (7) business days prior to the Party date will need to be purchased at the front gate at full price.
• Zoo members may use their membership to enter the Zoo for free.

REMINDERS:

• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the Zoo. The picnic/pavilion area on the edge of the parking lot is available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• On the day of your Party, you will pick up your Party Package at the Zoo’s Membership Office at any time during Zoo hours. Once you receive your Party Package, it is your responsibility to pass out wristbands to your guests. These wristbands will allow your guests admission into the Zoo, as well as unlimited rides on our train and carousel.

Party Animal Package ($26 member / $29 non-member)

*Adults and children 2 and older*

This party package offers the flexibility and convenience of our Zoo-it-Yourself package, with lunch at our Private Party Patio!

INCLUDES:

• Admission and Unlimited Rides for ALL of your guests.
• Rides include Train and Carousel (weather dependent).
• A special gift for the birthday boy or girl (see below for gift options and upgrades).
• A lunch reservation for you and your guests at our Private Party Patio (see lunch options below)

• Prices are listed per person.
• Birthday Parties must have a minimum of 15 people ages 2 and older.
• Parties must be booked at least 14 days before the requested date.
• Parties are available to pick up their Party Package and wristbands at any time during regular Zoo hours. However, your lunch will be served at a predetermined time.  
• Lunch reservations are made in two-hour timeframes. They are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you and your Party do not arrive on time for your reservation, your reservation will not be extended. You will need to leave the Private Party Patio and take any belongings with you by the end of your two-hour reservation.
• Parties are not considered booked until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid and a signed contract is returned.

Bash with the Bears ($32 member / $37 non-member)

adults and children 2 and older. Prices are listed per person. Birthday Parties must have a minimum of 15 people, and a maximum of 65 guests.

This package offers everything from the Party Animal Package, as well as a private 3-hour reservation at Gigi’s Back Porch!

PRICING AND DETAILS:

• Prices are listed per person.
• Birthday Parties must have a minimum of 15 people of ages 2 and older, and a maximum of 65 guests.
• Parties must be booked at least (14) days before the requested date.
• Parties are available to pick up their party Package and wristbands at any time during regular Zoo hours. However, your lunch will be reserved at a predetermined time (see below for lunch information).
• IMPORTANT: Lunch reservations are made in three-hour timeframes. They are booked at a first-come, first-serve basis. If you and your party do not arrive on time for your reservation, your reservation will not be extended.   • NEW! A special reservation time at Gigi’s Back Porch with a private viewing of our American Black Bears!

REMINDERS:

• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the Zoo. You may purchase any drinks or snacks while inside the Zoo and enjoy your lunch at our Private Party Patio during your two-hour lunch reservation.
• On the day of your Party, you will pick up your Birthday Party Tote at the Zoo’s Membership Office at any time during Zoo hours.
• Once you receive your tote, it is your responsibility to pass out wristbands to your guests. These wristbands will allow your guests admission into the Zoo, as well as unlimited rides on our train and carousel.
• At your predetermined lunch reservation, you will check-in at Gigi’s Back Porch right past the barn. See lunch options below.

Cake Options

All cakes include eco-friendly disposable tableware, flatware, and cake cutter.

Other cakes, as well as all other outside food or beverages are NOT allowed on Zoo grounds. All cakes will be available at the Zoo’s Membership Office for packet pickup (ZIY Package), or at the Private Party Patio during your lunch reservation (Party Animal Package/Bash with the Bears only).
