Birmingham Zoo Welcomes New Corporate Relations Director

The Birmingham Zoo is pleased to announce that Leigh Laser Collins has joined the Birmingham Zoo team as the Corporate Relations Director. This newly-created role will ensure that all-important organizational partners remain enlightened, engaged and enthusiastically supportive of all that the Birmingham Zoo brings to our community.

Collins comes to the Zoo with over 30 years of experience working for a variety of Birmingham nonprofits in financial development, philanthropic and marketing roles. Collins has initiated and championed a number of successful financial development programs, and recently received the William S. Roth Outstanding Fundraiser of the Year award.
