Prepare for over the top fun during our 28th annual Boo At The Zoo presented by Wells Fargo! Watch as the Zoo transforms into a destination of spooky attractions with costumed characters, themed rides and carnival games for 18 nights!
Come experience the excitement on Henley Park with our new ride attraction, Spidermania*! Enjoy a new twist to our ghostly Ghoul School performance at the UAB Callahan Eye Hospital Wildlife Stage. Listen and be entertained by nightly Bat Keeper Chats. Meet members of our animal family with close encounter Animal Greetings in the Hugh Kaul Plaza and at the Children’s Zoo Barn. Boogie down at the Monster Mash dance party and so much more!
Trick or Treat Lane in Alabama Wilds will be the sought after candy place for anyone with a sweet tooth! Take a wild ride around the Zoo on our Eerie Express Train. Zip down the Spider Slide and spin on the Scarousel for thrills that are sure to entertain children of all ages! Need one more reason to join us? For the first time at the Birmingham Zoo, guests can experience the natural wonder of a massive Orb-weaver spider web in our new Orb-weaver spider habitat located in the Garden Pavilion of Alabama Wilds! To add to the excitement, Boo at the Zoo guests are invited to wear their favorite family-friendly costumes as they partake in the festivities. Boo At The Zoo presented by Wells Fargo is one spooktacular event you don’t want to miss!
