Play Day for the Animals This Saturday!

(free popsicles for first 200 children at 10 am!)
July 28, 10 am

Wanna see a lion eat a popsicle? See how we keep life exciting for the animals during the lazy days of summer with frozen treats, puzzle feeders, and more. Ask our expert keeper staff about our enrichment program, then experience firsthand what it’s like to be your favorite animal – see what it’s like to hunt like a tiger, search for food like a spider monkey and try to solve a puzzle feeder just like an animal! Fun activities for kids and the young at heart throughout the day!

Schedule of Events:

10:00 am Gorilla will eat popsicles and ice piles (free popsicles for first 200 children during this presentation!)
11:00 am Maned Wolf – prey device and bone treat (Pachyderm area)
12:00 pm Bison will eat popsicles, play in water misters & roll around in sandbox
1:00 pm Lion & tigers – prey devices and frozen treats
