You are invited to take part in a research study of nature trails and the educational value of the current nature trail at the Birmingham Zoo and any changes that may be necessary. The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of an ecological program created to connect visitors with nature through observation, interaction, and self-guided educational material. Adopt an Animal

Animal adoptions make terrific gifts for your favorite animal lover. The Adopt-An-Animal program benefits the animals directly with all proceeds going toward the care and feeding of the animals at the Birmingham Zoo!

All the animals at the Birmingham Zoo are available for adoption support. The Adopt-An-Animal Program is an annual support program and all adoptions are for a period of one year. The animal you choose will remain at the Birmingham Zoo, receiving proper care and enjoying the many visitors!
