(13 years of age and older)

The work study volunteer program is for two types of volunteers:

1. Students interested in volunteering at the Zoo in conjunction with their school requirements (public, private, or home school).

2. Individuals partnered with a job transition agency or job coach that are looking for the opportunity to gain job skills through volunteerism.

Potential Tasks and Available Times
Volunteers within the work study program have a wide variety of tasks available to them. Work study volunteers may also volunteer up to seven days per week between the hours of 9am and 4pm depending on the age of the volunteer and the availability of the desired tasks.
