The Zoo's Endowment Fund will ensure the preservation and growth of our Zoo for future years to come. Currently, 10% of all capital contributions go to our Endowment Fund, unless directed otherwise. Planned Giving
Known as deferred gifts, these donations benefit the future through charitable wills, gift annuities, insurance and trusts.

Endowment
Make a gift to our Endowment Fund or to a designated fund for education, conservation or horticulture.

Many have chosen to remember loved ones by honoring them with a gift in their name.

You can now donate online to the Birmingham Zoo. The Birmingham Zoo also accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards, and stock. To make a stock gift, please contact Tery Young at 205.397.3856.
